INGREDIENTS
3 tablespoons of porridge oats 300ml soya or skimmed milk 1 mashed banana Sprinkle of cinnamon
METHOD
- Place 3 tablespoons of oats in a non-metallic bowl
- Add 300ml of semi-skimmed or soya milk and stir
- Cook in a microwave for about 2 ½ minutes
- Mash half a ripe banana in a bowl with a pinch of cinnamon
- Stir the banana mix into the oats and cook for a further 2 minutes
- Top with slices of the remaining banana and serve
