Internal Triggers

Some triggers to over eating are not so obvious because they are ‘inside’ the person. They may include the way you feel about things or the way you think about things, but they can also include physical states of your body such as hunger or thirst.
Some common internal triggers to over eating are:
  Hunger
  Cravings
  Being bored
  Unhelpful thoughts
  Emotions
