Many people who have been trying unsuccessfully to manage their weight will have thoughts about a whole range of issues that affect eating.

Particular thoughts are not ‘good’ or ‘bad’, but we suggest you think about whether these thoughts help you achieve what you set out to do. It may surprise you to know that it is possible to learn how to think differently about food. The key to learning how to think differently is, as with many other things, practice.
